Litigation partner Kenneth Schacter will chair the Practicing Law Institute’s (PLI) 2015 Expert Witness Seminar, which will also feature Litigation partner Mary Gail Gearns as a panelist.
This year’s seminar will explore topics such as the use and role of experts, finding an appropriate expert, expert discovery and reports, Daubert motions, and direct and cross-examination of experts at trial.
