Please join us for the final installment of our 2015 Plan Sponsor Basics webinar series, which focuses on the issues that many employers face in the design and operation of their retirement plans.

This session will highlight the fiduciary issues and concerns specific to 401(k) defined contribution plans. We will provide a brief overview of certain core fiduciary concepts (e.g., duties of loyalty and prudence) and then focus on the issues and concerns specific to 401(k) defined contribution plans, including ERISA section 404(c) for participant-directed investments, qualified default investment alternatives, ERISA section 408(b)(2) service provider disclosures, and ERISA litigation focused on 401(k) plan fees and expenses.
