Join an experienced panel of an arbitrator and advocates for labor and management as they discuss the labor arbitration process from beginning to end, from the investigation of the grievance, selection of the arbitrator, preparation for the hearing, how the advocates put on their cases, and the arbitrator's perspective during the hearing and in preparing the award.
