Morgan Lewis associate Alexander Scolnik will be a panelist at USC Gould School of Law Center for Transnational Law and Business's inaugural conference, Antitrust Enforcement in a Global Context: Extraterritoriality and Due Process. His topic will be "The Role of Comity and Cooperation in Global Antitrust."
