Labor and Employment partner Anne Marie Estevez will speak at the NELA’s 2017 Spring Seminar, Litigating Wage & Hour Cases: Challenges & Opportunities. Anne will be speaking on "Wage & Hour Litigation From the Defense Perspective."
The seminar will examine cutting-edge developments in wage & hour litigation and provide practical tips and strategies to help you navigate the maze of regulatory, procedural, and substantive laws facing your clients. The faculty will examine a wide range of topics, such as the nuts and bolts of a wage and hour case from intake to trial preparation; litigating claims on behalf of low-wage, immigrant, undocumented, and guestworkers; representing federal employees; understanding the myriad ways in which bankruptcy influences wage and hour litigation; and maximizing your settlements and attorney’s fees.
