The Trial Academy program is one of the most important professional development opportunities for lawyers who are in litigation-focused practices. The intensive, week-long program teaches effective advocacy and the elements of persuasion in a courtroom. Trial Academy is aimed at more senior lawyers. The Trial Academy focuses particularly on jury trials and the skills learned which will be helpful in a bench trial, arbitration or other ADR proceeding.
