Corporate and Business Transactions partner Keith Gottfried will speak on a panel at the New England chapter of the National Association of Corporate Director’s program, "An Activist on the Doorstep: An Activist on the Board." The program will highlight some activities to be taken by directors working with shareholders both in and outside of the boardroom.
