Please join us for a presentation that will provide an introduction to nuclear safety culture and safety conscious work environment. During the presentation, the speakers will analyze what safety culture and safety conscious work environment (SCWE) mean, discuss how to identify and mitigate safety culture landmines and risk areas, review the elements of retaliation, compare and contrast the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s policies with traditional labor retaliation issues, and help attendees apply knowledge to real world scenarios.
