The Massachusetts Export Center’s Export Expo provides a forum for exporters to connect with the wide variety of export resources available in Massachusetts while learning about issues that impact their day-to-day export operations.
International trade partner Kenneth Nunnenkamp will co-present with Susanne Richer, director trade advisory practice at Amber Road on “Buttoning Up Compliance Operations for Today’s Global Trade enforcement Environment” from 10:30 to 11:30 am. The panel will focus on export controls and related issues such as FCPA and CFIUS, as well as cross-border issues, including Customs compliance and AES compliance.
