  • 3D printing (risks, traps to watch out for in this new industry, etc.) – The 3D Printing presentation explores the evolving legal landscape for the 3D Printing industry, including in the areas of Constitutional law, product liability law, copyright law, trademark law, and patent law.

  • The Elimination of Bias training explores the current landscape of diversity in the legal profession (with regard to gender, race, sexual orientation, and other factors), and the impact of implicit and explicit bias on personal career paths and opportunities. This training will also explore some tools for self-reflection, and that may help reduce the impact of bias in the legal profession. This training satisfies the Elimination of Bias CLE requirement for the California State Bar.

  • The State of Current Events with False Advertising / False Marketing – This presentation will address a variety of current issues and legal developments, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines, updated FAQs and increased focus on online advertising through blogs and by online “influencers,” the FTC’s challenges to promotions and agreements that restrict competitor advertising, and civil actions for false advertising and violating rights of publicity.
