ABA Stark Master Class

The American Bar Association will be hosting a webinar on the impact of the 2015 Stark Law regulatory changes and policy clarifications including recent enforcement priorities and case law. The program will include case studies enabling the participant to apply regulatory changes and lessons learned from enforcement actions to day-to-day practice.

Topics will include:

• CMS's regulatory changes and policy clarifications — helpful, but do they create new risks?
• Evaluating compliance and enforcement risk post-Escobar and in light of Emanuele v. Medicor, and Adventist and North Broward
• Strategic and practical considerations when applying Stark to providers operational decision making
