Litigation partner Giovanna M. Cinelli will present at the 2018 ChIPs Global Summit, a two-day program designed to explore NEW FRONTS in the technology, legal, and regulatory landscapes.
Giovanna’s panel, “Next Steps in the Development of National Security Reviews Under CFIUS,” will discuss how to conduct due diligence in cross-border transactions that will be reviewed by CFIUS. Giovanna is one of many women presenters who will cover cutting-edge developments in the law and the shifting regulatory landscape for technology companies, as well as challenges facing general counsel and diversity and inclusion strategies available. Her panel will meet on October 18th from 11:20–11:55 am.
Giovanna will also present at the 3rd Annual ChIPs Next Gen Summit, held the afternoon before the annual Global Summit and geared toward lawyers in private practice, in-house counsel and government in their first 15 years of practice.
