We are pleased to announce that international partner Dora Wang will be presenting at the 2018 China Compliance and FCPA Conference. This one-day event will address a variety of topics including the China anti-corruption/anti-bribery regime and prosecution trends; developments in international legislation; managing FCPA challenges in China outbound investments; whistleblowers and self-reporting; responding to State Administration for Industry and Commerce’s requests; and internal compliance advocacy.
