This session will offer insights into recent market trends and significant judicial decisions relating to SEP and FRAND issues. It will feature case studies, and introduce considerations for resolving SEP/FRAND disputes in view of current case law, as well as guidance. Topics will also include connectivity and the cost of interoperability.
