Securities Act - Private Placement and Exemptions

This program will address securities law relating to public companies. Junior associates will be given a brief overview of the current and periodic filing and disclosure requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as well as the filing and disclosure requirements under the proxy rules.
