The PREP Act and Other Immunities: Provider Relief for COVID-19-Related Claims

The extraordinary circumstances of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic may provoke another crisis for the healthcare industry in the form of liability claims for noncompliance with COVID-19 protocols or other standards.
