ABA’s Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee Virtual 2021 Midwinter Meeting

Jason Mills has been invited to participate at the ABA’s Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee Virtual Midwinter Meeting. Jason will moderate “The Science and Policy of COVID-19: Lessons Learned,” where John Howard, the Director, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health in Washington, DC will discuss the scientific realities of COVID-19 and measure them against current OSHA standards. Jason and John will also discuss the workplace application of health and safety precautions.
