In recent years, the US Department of Labor (DOL) has been active in investigating ERISA plans and service pro-viders to those plans and its robust enforcement activities are likely to continue.

This presentation will provide an update on the DOL’s cur-rent enforcement activities and priorities. It will also cover new enforcement focuses on the horizon and address tips and practices for successfully navigating DOL matters.
