Partner Scott McBride will speak during the session "MD Anderson Cancer Center v. Office for Civil Rights: A Case Analysis from MD Anderson and Counsel Who Appealed a $4.3 Million Civil Money Penalty for Alleged HIPAA Violations" on Wednesday, March 30 from 1:45 PM–2:45 pm MST.

The Compliance Institute (CI) is Health Care Compliance Association’s primary educational and networking event for healthcare compliance professionals across the country, offering the latest in real world compliance issues, emerging trends, and practical applications. This year the CI includes both in-person or virtual attendance options, so you can attend in whichever way works best for you!

CLE credit: Credits are assessed based on actual attendance and credit type requested. Should overall number of education hours decrease or increase, the maximum number of CEUs available will be changed accordingly. Only registered attendees are eligible to request CEUs for participation. Requests must be made in writing via email.
