Three federal banking agencies (i.e., the Federal Reserve Board, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) recently published a final rule requiring “banking organizations” to notify their primary federal regulator within 36 hours in the event of certain types of computer-security incidents. This further expanded the already numerous reporting requirements for financial institutions.

In this webinar, we will briefly outline the existing and developing requirements faced by banking organizations.

  • Overview of the Cybersecurity Landscape
  • Federal Banking Agencies Incident Notification
