We invite you to attend our Labor Law West conference in Seattle, the site of our newest US-based Morgan Lewis office.
The Biden administration has seen robust enforcement policy, new labor law cases (including a slew of cases at the end of the Wilcox term, such as the Cemex decision), and revised National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) election regulations. This comes alongside major organizing campaigns at previously nonunion companies, extremely contentious collective bargaining, widescale strikes, and a challenging mix of issues driving employee concern. We’ll cover not only these developments, but also how employers can respond, including strategies for compliance, negotiation, and litigation where necessary.
In addition to our usual in-depth discussion of labor law issues, the conference will feature segments on positive employee relations, managing NLRB ediscovery, and approaches to labor activist shareholder initiatives, especially on health and safety issues.
Join us as we tackle these subjects and other hot topics over a day-long conference among senior-level labor relations professionals, in-house labor, and employment counsel.
CLE credit: CLE credit in NY, NJ, PA, IL, VA, CA, FL, TX, and WA is currently pending approval. There is no fee to attend this event.
