Partner Christine Schleppegrell participated in the SBAI Oceania & Compliance Community Meeting alongside fellow investment management partners and members of SBAI. Christine spoke on the panel Investor Workshop: Negotiation of Contractual Terms with Managers, which discussed the process of negotiating contractual terms with private fund managers, operational due diligence, and how the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s new private fund adviser rules will impact the business negotiations between private fund investors and managers.
