Critical Issues in Documenting Client-Related Communications

This program will explore a lawyer’s duty to communicate under Model Rule 1.4 and provide some suggestions for avoiding common pitfalls in documenting client-related communications. This program will also include a brief discussion on how lawyers should properly raise concerns about possible risk management issues.
