Jeff S. Dinerstein has more than 20 years of experience counseling public and private companies in a variety of complex domestic and cross-border acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions, as well as in corporate governance and other corporate and partnership matters. He also has experience negotiating master service agreements and supply and distribution agreements. He has worked with clients across numerous industries including chemicals, manufacturing, death care/funeral services, energy, engineering, distribution, education, security, food and beverage, telemedicine, and veterinary.
