Rachel Strong is senior pro bono counsel at Morgan Lewis. In this position, Rachel works to advance the quality of pro bono opportunities for Morgan Lewis lawyers, the effectiveness and impact of the firm’s pro bono representations, and the breadth of participation in the firm’s extensive pro bono program. She works with Morgan Lewis’s other pro bono professionals to manage the day-to-day administration of the pro bono practice. Rachel also maintains her own pro bono practice. She has counseled clients extensively on immigration, family law, and domestic violence matters.

Extended Profile

Rachel was the pro bono counsel and the pro bono partner at other global law firms prior to joining Morgan Lewis. Rachel also served as the assistant dean of the Clinical and Practicum Programs at Georgetown University Law School in Washington, DC, where she was responsible for the administrative supervision of the practicum courses, clinical programs, and graduate clinical teaching fellowship program. She also helped oversee the pro bono program. Rachel was an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University Law Center, teaching a course titled “Women and Immigration: Government Protection for Women Fleeing Gender-Based Persecution and Abuse.”
