In a Telecompetitor article looking at the disparity between individual US states in their access to federal funding through the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) program, partner Andy Lipman commented that “over a quarter of [the] states are expected to be able to have enough BEAD funding to get broadband to all their unserved and underserved areas and still have money left.”
