TMT Finance USA Awards Honor Morgan Lewis Among Deal of the Year Team

NEW YORK, October 7, 2025: Morgan Lewis, as legal adviser, has been named as part of the Towers Deal of the Year at the TMT Finance Awards USA 2025. The annual awards recognize the leading advisors, investors, and dealmakers involved in telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) mergers and acquisitions across the United States.

Morgan Lewis and co-counsel represented DigitalBridge and its portfolio company, VerticalBridge, in the acquisition of 6,339 telecommunications towers in the United States from Verizon Communications for $3.3 billion. The Morgan Lewis team was led by TMT partners Andy Lipman and Ulises Pin, with assistance from of counsel Joshua Bobeck and associate Thomas Garrity.
