Andrew Callaghan advises institutional investors, management teams, and portfolio companies on the tax aspects of domestic and international corporate and finance transactions. He advises across all sector areas, and his experience includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged and structured financings and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Andrew served as counsel in the London office of another international law firm.
