Sandra M. Formica advises clients dealing with government enforcement investigations and litigation as well as high-stakes litigation, including class actions and multidistrict litigation (MDL). Sandra represents clients from a wide range of industries, including the life sciences, financial services, retail, banking, and technology sectors. Sandra regularly counsels clients on a full range of compliance issues as well as on matters involving government regulators such as the US Department of Justice (DOJ), US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

While in law school, Sandra served as a notes editor for The George Washington Law Review and interned for Judge Amit P. Mehta of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Sandra was also bestowed with the President’s Volunteer Service Award (Gold Medal) for her work in her community. Sandra continues to maintain an active pro bono practice.
