Partners Meredith Auten and Scott McBride will be speaking at the 2025 Fraud and Compliance Forum hosted by the American Health Law Association.

On October 8, Meredith will be speaking on the panel False Claims Act Primer, which will be a 360-degree review of this important topic, spanning from the time an allegation is received to ultimate resolution. Topics will include:

On October 9, Scott’s presentation, Artificial Intelligence – And the Compliance and Enforcement Risks Are Real, will inform attendees about regulatory and enforcement issues around AI and its increasing use across the industry. Topics will include:

  • How AI in healthcare is (or isn’t) being regulated
  • Risk areas, including FCA enforcement, privacy issues, and patient care considerations
  • Actionable considerations when setting up compliance monitoring
