A Morgan Lewis team representing Zimmer Biomet earned a shout out from The AmLaw Litigation Daily after the Seventh Circuit upheld a win for the client tossing a lawsuit brought by Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social claiming the company bribed Mexican officials to sell unregistered medical products in Mexico. This ruling upholds another ruling that dismissed the case forum non conveniens grounds.
