BOSTON, June 7, 2022: Morgan Lewis advised True Green Capital Management (TGC), a renewable energy infrastructure private equity fund manager and the sponsor of True Green Capital Fund IV, with capital commitments of $660.9 million.
TGC has raised four private equity funds and invested into distributed solar power generation portfolios across 14 US states delivering clean, reliable, renewable energy with an increasing focus in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
