PHILADELPHIA, October 27: Morgan Lewis Chair Jami McKeon has been recognized by Philadelphia magazine on its list of the 100 Most Influential Philadelphians in 2022.
The business leaders, politicians, educators, athletes, and others on the list are identified as those who will guide the city going forward following several years of upheaval. The magazine called Ms. McKeon a “Legacy Builder,” citing her leadership through the Morgan Lewis combination with Bingham McCutchen, which added 750 lawyers and professional staff to the firm, and the ongoing construction of a new office building in Philadelphia that will become home to Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia next Fall. Ms. McKeon’s term as Firm Chair was recently extended through September 2026 by unanimous vote. Under her leadership, Morgan Lewis has grown into one of the principal global providers of legal services, assisting clients throughout the United States, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. While Firm Chair, she also has continued her own legal practice in which she counsels Fortune 100 companies—particularly those in the financial services and technology industries—on complex litigation and investigations involving business disputes, fraud allegations, and class- and mass-action lawsuits.
