t's still early in the process, but “with the introduction of this bill by Senator Tillis, I think we may see some further clarification on what constitutes [patent] eligible inventions," Manita noted.
"This is a nonpartisan issue, so maybe it will be one that our elected officials may find common ground on," she said, adding that the bill "clearly has some terms that are used that are going to be subject to interpretation."
