BOSTON, July 22, 2025: Associate Diana Li Chikwamba has been recognized by the American Bar Association on its annual On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers list for 2025. The list honors ABA members who exemplify a broad range of high achievement, innovation, vision, leadership, and service to the profession and their communities.
Diana represents registered investment advisers, unregistered investment companies, and domestic and offshore private investment entities such as hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of one, co-investment funds, infrastructure funds, and funds of funds. She counsels clients on regulatory and corporate matters, including fund formation, drafting and negotiating offering memoranda, investment management agreements, side letters, subscription documents, and other related agreements.
In addition to her private funds practice, Diana is actively involved in the community as the treasurer and board member of the Asian American Lawyers’ Association of Massachusetts and a board member of the Women’s Bar Association.
