LONDON, November 18, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented Chagala Group Limited, a British Virgin Islands-incorporated company with operations in Kazakhstan, on the listing of its ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The ordinary shares were listed and admitted to trading on November 18, 2015.
Chagala Group is a specialist facilities and services provider primarily serving the oil and gas industry in the Caspian region of Western Kazakhstan. The Group owns and operates hotels, apartments, office space, associated catering, restaurants and bars, leisure facilities and warehousing and provides other support services.
The London Stock Exchange listing covers 21,250,000 ordinary shares, representing all of Chagala Group’s issued share capital. The trading code for the ordinary shares is “CGLO”.
