Morgan Lewis Represents Eureka Growth Capital and Regent Holding Company in Sale of Creative Co-Op

PHILADELPHIA, November 6, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented Eureka Growth Capital and Regent Holding Company in the divestiture of Eureka’s interest in Regent Holding Company to affiliates of Freeman Spogli & Co, a private equity firm. The transaction was announced on November 4, 2015. 

Regent Holding Company, a leading global designer, marketer and supplier of home décor and accent products, sells products primarily under two trade brands: Creative Co-Op in the U.S. and Bloomingville in Europe.

The Morgan Lewis team advising on the sale was led by partner Barbara Shander.
