LONDON, October 6, 2016: Morgan Lewis earned third place in the Innovation in Resourcing and Efficiency category of the FT’s highly competitive Innovative Lawyers European 2016 Report.
The annual report recognizes the successful launch earlier this year of the firm’s EU data center in London and refers to the firm as on the vanguard of the eData movement. A complement to its leading global eData service portfolio, the London center is staffed with UK lawyers and technologies and was established to help clients navigate data privacy, e-discovery and e-disclosure obligations in a global legal and regulatory environment that is being reshaped by the EU Commission and European courts.
This is the first time the firm has been named in the European edition of FT’s Innovative Lawyer series. Morgan Lewis was also recognized in the publication’s 2015 Asia-Pacific and North America reports.
