NEW YORK, March 27, 2017: Morgan Lewis represented New Vista Behavioral Health, a leading provider of addiction treatment, in its acquisition of Avalon Malibu, a provider of licensed mental health and chemical dependency treatment.
This is the third acquisition in the behavioral healthcare space for New Vista, which also owns Simple Recovery and Infinity Treatment Centers. The addition of Avalon expands the offerings of New Vista's distinctive, effective and complementary group of addiction and mental health programs, providing exemplary care to clients struggling with chemical dependency or mental health issues.
