SAN FRANCISCO, April 18, 2017: Morgan Lewis San Francisco office managing partner Brian Rocca has been named to the Daily Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” list for 2017. This annual list honors the exceptional work of lawyers under the age of 40 throughout the state of California.
Mr. Rocca is one of only 20 lawyers in Northern California to be named to the list, which also features 20 lawyers in Southern California. Nominees were evaluated based on their impact on the legal community, leadership roles, and time dedicated to public service activities.
Mr. Rocca focuses his practice on antitrust and complex litigation matters. He is managing partner of the San Francisco office and leader of the firm’s California antitrust practice. He has worked on high-stakes antitrust and competition matters in a wide range of industries, including internet search, mobile and wireless technology, microprocessors, networking equipment, MP3 technology, electronic memory, beverage distribution, freight forwarding, copier and printer sales and services, and medical products and staffing. Mr. Rocca regularly advises clients in connection with governmental antitrust investigations and provides counseling to a prominent trade association relating to alcohol distribution issues.
