ORANGE COUNTY, April 25, 2018: Morgan Lewis represented Certified Thermoplastics, Co., LLCin its sale to Ducommun Incorporated.
Certified Thermoplastics is a provider of precision profile extrusions and extruded assemblies of engineered thermoplastic resins, compounds, and alloys for commercial aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications. Ducommun develops electronic, engineered, and structural solutions for clients in aerospace, defense and industrial markets.
The transaction closed on April 23. The Morgan Lewis team representing Certified Thermoplastics was led by partners Bryan Gadol, Randy Wood, and Casey August.
