WASHINGTON, DC June 13, 2018: Morgan Lewis has earned its place in Intellectual Asset Management’s (IAM) 2018 Patent 1000 guide, a definitive ranking of the world’s leading patent professionals.

The IAM Patent 1000 names best-in-class patent prosecution, licensing, and litigation practitioners on a global basis based on peer and client reviews in addition to independent research. Law firms and individual lawyers are ranked in three categories within their respective jurisdictions: Litigation, Prosecution or Transactions. “Gold,” “silver,” and “bronze” or “Highly Recommended” or “Recommended” designations are assigned in each category.

In the 2018 guide, the publisher notes the growth of the firm globally and that “its ability to tackle any patent task is one if its chief selling points.” Morgan Lewis and its lawyers are ranked in a combination of all Patent 1000 designations across six states as well as the Nationwide category, earning 10 state-specific practice and 16 individual rankings.
