Morgan Lewis partner Rich Rosenblatt is quoted in an article by HR Magazine, discussing whether the Federal Arbitration Act applies to independent contractors in the trucking industry with regard to the class action complaint brought against New Prime Inc. v. Oliveira. Rosenblatt shares in the article that, “this decision is extremely important to any trucking or other transportation company engaged in commerce across state lines because of the FAA's wide mandate to enforce arbitration agreements as written."
