PHILADELPHIA, December 21, 2018: Morgan Lewis represented Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) in connection with a $500 million investment from the SoftBank Vision Fund. CMT is the developer of DriveWell, a digital platform used by insurers, wireless carriers, and other entities to measure driving risk and improve driver safety. The transaction was announced December 19 and is expected to close in early 2019, subject to regulatory approval.
