As part of Law360’s annual Glass Ceiling Report, Morgan Lewis associate Laura Hughes McNally was profiled in a short film about balancing motherhood and the partnership track. Laura, who lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and three young children, reflected on the programs Morgan Lewis offers to support working parents. She said that Morgan Lewis’s Ramp Up Program “takes a little bit of that pressure off” when parents return from maternity leave. “When lawyers and associates are given flexibility with their schedules, that makes a world of difference,” Laura says in the video.
