Morgan Lewis partner Omar Shah was interviewed by Global Competition Review for an article about the European Commission’s approval of Connect Airways’ acquisition of Flybe. In the article, Omar noted that the commission issued “one of the longest and most complex derogation decisions ever” to allow Connect Airways to acquire Flybe’s shares prior to merger clearance.
