BOSTON, November 1, 2019: Morgan Lewis represented Pathlight Capital LP in the formation and launch of its inaugural funds, Pathlight Capital Fund I LP and Pathlight Capital Offshore Fund I LP, with $540 million of capital commitments.
Pathlight provides asset-based loans secured on a first- or second-lien basis against tangible and intangible assets. Pathlight offers financing solutions to allow management teams to access incremental liquidity for the purposes of funding working capital, refinancing, growth, acquisition, dividend, and turnaround strategies.
