Justine Le concentrates her practice on advising and representing investment advisers, registered and unregistered investment companies, and domestic and offshore private investment entities such as hedge funds and funds of funds. She advises clients in regulatory and corporate matters, including fund formation, drafting and negotiating offering memoranda, investment management agreements, subscription documents, and other related agreements.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Justine was counsel to a hedge fund of funds manager in Stamford, Connecticut where she contributed to the launch of private offshore entities on a managed account platform.
While in law school, Justine interned at the Division of Trading and Markets at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, and at the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts for Judge Henry J. Boroff.
