BOSTON, January 15, 2020: The Equal Justice Coalition (EJC) honored Morgan Lewis’s Boston office for outstanding participation in the 2019 Walk to the Hill for Civil Legal Aid. The firm won the Highest Participation Award, with team captain and Morgan Lewis partner Jason Frank and 35 other firm lawyers attending the 2019 event.
Organized by the EJC, the Walk to the Hill for Civil Legal Aid gathers hundreds of lawyers and law students in the Hall of Flags at the Massachusetts State House to urge lawmakers to adequately fund the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corp., the organization providing civil legal aid to the state's low-income residents.
