BOSTON, August 10, 2020: Morgan Lewis partner Laurie Cerveny has been named among the Top Women of Law for 2020 by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The annual award recognizes women lawyers who are trailblazers, pioneers, and role models in the Massachusetts legal community.
Laurie serves as deputy practice leader of the firm’s global M&A practice, is a member of the firm’s Advisory Board, and leads the firm’s diversity and inclusion efforts for the corporate business transactions practice.
Laurie’s practice is focused on counseling US and foreign issuers and their boards on M&A and the ongoing disclosure and reporting requirements of public companies, corporate governance matters, annual meeting and proxy-related issues, securities laws, US Securities and Exchange Commission rules, stock exchange listing requirements, executive compensation, and various other matters affecting multinational public or private companies and their officers and directors.
